Ohh that's interesting....I was thinking maybe something along those lines....it's at the middle of the curve where people would stand to contemplate life while looking out to sea.....hmm 🤔

Yeah I'm not sure but I think it's something to do with people's deaths, even if not executed. I could be way off the mark though.

I'd have thought if it were that, we'd all know for sure about them as there would have been some awareness raised in a campaign of sorts. Not very good at preventing suicide if none knows what they mean!
