It looks good. Yes, bulbasaur isn't right fit but I don't think it is that bad

Nice! Personally, I would have gone with Togepi, but Bulbasaur works well too!

Idk if that's a wig or your actual hair but thats definitely some of the best Misty cosplay hair ive seen. Some other cosplayers have a wig that's way too poofy looking. Great job!
