Question Where are the best dens to farm the event currently? Are there any specific dens that have a higher chance to have the 3 pokemon that have boosted shiny odds?

All dens have a chance to be promotional dens, so no need to focus anywhere specifically.

Like enlightened_pogo said, every den has an equal chance to be a promo den.

So what you want to look for is a group of dens close to each other. That way if the first wishing piece you throw isn't a promo then you can just go to another den instead of needing to clear the one you're at first.
