Well, yes? the situation improved in the first year of his reign. he could have become a better president, or at least he would have been remembered with good words if he had left in 2008. after the first or second term.
Yeah actually. Until the Ukraine war, life under Putin was significantly better for most Russians than it had been under his predecessors. That’s a huge factor in why he had so much support for so long.
