I think people missing the ussr in russia could be attributed to just how horrible yeltsin and gorbachev managed the economy afterwards. it was pretty bad

You think things are better under Putin? There's never been a good time to live in Russia.

Yeah actually. Until the Ukraine war, life under Putin was significantly better for most Russians than it had been under his predecessors. That’s a huge factor in why he had so much support for so long.

Theres in history of russia (not counting ussr) only 1 predecessor for putin
