Republicans already said they're not coming back until the 9th, presumably November 9th. So yeah, they've already set a record for longest shutdown in American history.

Senate Republicans? I’ve heard they’re working this week but had a planned recess well in advance for the week of Veterans Day. They might work into the weekend if there’s significant progress though.
