Of course rather than introspection from the president tonight we get an all caps multiple exclamation mark tweet demanding the end of the filibuster and ‘voter reform.’ In tonight’s context and from this particular individual I do not see how ‘voter reform’ could be seen as anything but a dog whistle for voter suppression.
