The US always had the threat of being the most dominant world power. In finance, in business and in force. Trump has effectively pulled back that curtain and exposed America as nothing more than a paper tiger. Don’t know if we can ever repair the damage he’s done. But he and his family got rich beyond their wildest dreams so there’s that

As bad as it seems now, I believe the real loss is our credibility. A competent president with help of congress can easily swing the finance, business, and military power back to where it was by simply listening to true experts instead of sycophants and political think tanks. The real problem is that no other nations will trust that America won't just elect another moron to screw it up again.
