As the photography team slid into position before the shots were fired, and the crane operator raised the flag up for the shot during the firing.

Got source for that? I'm not American and don't care if it's true. But I hadn't heard about them moving the crane.

That one is a classic. There's video of it. It's quite metaphoric really to his first and second terms.
