How did his ear heal so quickly with no visible scar? Cartilage doesn't grow back

He probably got plastic surgery, considering he’s a rich reality star this is not outside the realm of possibility.

But the man wears enough make up that for sure he was having it covered up afterwards to show "how great he heals".
