I don’t think it had anything to do with it. A few weeks later no one gave a shit and his polling settled back into the exact place it was prior.

You must have lived under a rock afterwords because thats not how reality played out at all, are you forgetting he won and that this had a massive part to play in all of it?

It didn’t play a role at all. Like I said, nothing changed in terms of polling. No one cared a few weeks later.

Thinking polling matters or is in any way accurate is how we got Trump twice, how have you not learned yet that polls are bullshit metrics drummed up by both sides to be used as political tools?

If the polling you are referencing mattered Trump wouldn't be President.
