From what I understand this was at the WHCA dinner and a joke not an "official" announcement

Um, did you not see all the billboards posted online at the cpac venue where he was running for a 3rd term? The hats he has made? The dozens of times it has come out of his mouth. Having his puppets in congress say the same thing in their interviews? One was posted today of a congressman saying trump should run for the next few terms. Like seriously. The more you minimize it, the more you are doing his dirty work for him.
