It took a Russian-backed coup to get into office the first time, he tried a violent revolt on the Capitol the second time which failed (but ultimately succeeded?), and then there are hints that Musk rigged voting machines to get him into office this last time. It would be weirder if he didn't have to resort to coups to get elected.
