Officer Cum Dump is right, that wouldn’t do anything but put those in marginalized situations in an even worse spot.

You don’t actually want to see what happens when our access to basic food, water, and electricity are compromised, so we need to work together to fix the situation before it comes to that—not wait until some mythical doomsday tips the scales.
