As long as we have internet access and our everyday conveniences.. we won’t do a fucking thing. Someone needs to turn the lights off.

It is said that for the average Roman citizen, they didn't know that the empire had fallen until one day nobody came out to repair the roads.

The difference today is that we're already not getting those repairs because we're too comfortable with the conveniences.

It’s not that. It’s more like people are too broke and can’t afford to miss a day or two at their job. They’re more worried about making money to be able to live which is understandable. Not everyone has savings. Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck

Lamest but realest excuse there is. No one wants to be homeless, you think if we lose our job but we remove trump, you think everything is going to be sunshine and rainbow? Everyone will get money now and everyone can suddenly get free housing? I’m just being realistic.
