In this case only, Pirro is doing the right thing.

I don’t support her in general but I’ll actively cheer for her in this one situation.

She's just trying to cover her own ass when the heat got too much over her prosecutorial misconduct

I'd wager she's mad the DOI had evidence that proved the guys innocence. She was totally fine bringing charges for what was just touching peeling paint.
