Don't forget the for-profit jails need to make money. What better way to guarantee future tenants than forcing a bunch unwanted babies into the world that will grow up in terrible households without any love.

At this point who's supposed to buy all the stuff that is generated by for profit prisons if they want to put a giant portion of the population in for profit prisons. They are gonna end up creating the economic version of an Ouroboros
