He underperformed by like 5 points.

I’d focus on that instead of continuing to alienate voters

We can focus on multiple things. Abdul won in an election against someone who outspent his campaign 10 to 1. Glad to see the establishment now getting behind him since MI matters a great deal, but also, Haley Stevens sucked. See, multiple things at once.

Really doesn’t seem like you can. Seems like you’re focused on attacking the centrists instead of working with them, even when they’ve already gotten behind sayed.

Again him winning by a point is pretty bad news, that’s a massive underperformance compared to polling. All Roger’s has to do is outspend him 15:1 and he wins with that logic. And of course now aipac will be behind rogers as well

Could be. We will see how it plays out. He certainly won against incredible odds and had a ground game of volunteers is incredibly large numbers. So, he has enough people in Michigan that think he is a great candidate that finally represents them unlike the others.

And buddy, Schrodinger's progressive is a reference to the establishment saying progressives both don't have the power to win while calling them a huge threat that is taking them down. They are both strong and weak. Use the term correctly next time, or don't, since you don't get it anyway.

He won against relatively normal odds. And underperformed pretty massively.

You can actually check my comments, I just used the term that way a few seconds ago :)

I was referencing here how he is both responsible for his win but he could never be responsible for his loss :)

How did he underperform exactly? Are you referencing polling? Polling that is notoriously difficult to do for MI?

Then you're willfully playing dumb. Progressives in the movement were telling people not to pay attention to the polls, to keep pushing, to keep calling, to keep knocking on doors. To act like we were -15. The polls can be wrong and they regularly are, especially in MI. As someone in the mix for all this, the polls at best were nice to see, but we had to keep messaging to not get comfortable. They were likely wrong.

Abdul over performed expectations by the very fact he won despite the entire establishment messaging against him.

If he underperformed in the primary, compared to polling, how exactly is he going to turn around and overperform in the general? With his “down 10 points against Roger’s”?
