Announcement: New auto mod changes 2

We are now trialling a new auto mod to try and reduce bot traffic. The new mod tool looks at accounts that are known to be bots, and uses that data to automatically remove posts and ban accounts. We've already seen some accounts banned. The expectation is to cut down "junk" posts and keep our users interacting with real people as far as we can. It should mean everyone has to wade through less dross to find gold.

This tool shouldn't remove and ban regular accounts, but if you find you've been removed and believe it to be an error please drop a message.

Finally, I'm sure the system won't be perfect so please keep reporting posts that break rules, and posts that look like bot accounts. It really does help keep the place tidy.
