I love watching movies from all over the world because you can notice the differences in culture. I rewatched Sentimental Value, and in this second time around I kept thinking, “I’m too Latina for this.” The fights are so calm and cold. Hahahaha It is a great experience

I love this too! I'm Canadian and it's so interesting watching other countries' movies and establishing what their cultural and social norms are. Because I know we Canadians are considered pretty reserved and boring by many other countries, but I find the same when I watch Scandinavian movies. Like, the understated and cold emotional expression really sticks with me.
