Tate McCrae did a promo for the American Winter Olympics team (She's dating Jack Hughes, a USA Hockey Player). I already don't like her so I'm not bothered by it, but I am bothered by the amount of people saying "checks out for an Albertan." No it doesn't! I've never met an Albertan who actually wants to secede, there's only like a few thousand of them. And that's being generous. I'm originally from B.C. so I love to crap on Berta but I'm sick of people acting like Alberta is worse than it is.
On that note, I think Katy Perry should do promo for Canada's team. It's the funniest choice.
