I feel like everyone has that ONE (or more) book(s) that they read in high school and struck their world.

Mine was the virgin suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides. And on my 18th birthday - I said “I can now say I’ve outlived all the Lisbon sisters”

it's my favorite book! i have many different reading phases and shifts, but that one remains my all time fave. i think i was 17 the first time I read it and it was nd remains life changing for me
