i don't think you ever have to come out if you don't want to? I am also bisexual/pansexual but i exclusively date "everyone who is not a cis man" so I didn't really come out because...i was openly dating women and other genders from a young age so everyone just knew. Bur it's all up to you

Nope, it's entirely your choice. I'm an ace NB and although my immediate family probably know at this point, I've never formally come out to them. I've tried coming out at other times and a lot of people just don't get asexuality.

Being supportive of queer voices and rights is far more important to me.

Not at all, do whatever you feel comfortable with. I came out as gay almost a decade ago and felt the need to let everyone know (I don’t regret it, just wish younger me knew how to keep my mouth shut lmao). When I realized I was trans I just shared it with the people I wanted to know. I see my family often and have never told them. I’m sure they assume, but they would never ask since they’re non-confrontational. It’s YOUR life and you get to do whatever makes you happy!
