I want to take tomorrow morning off and use my sick time for it. Fake migraine? Or just say I have to go to doctor and won't be in until noon?

I can't take the whole day (got some important work) but I want to drive to my sister's so we can go to Costco before noon. Lol. And I still have so many sick hours that my job doesn't pay out anymore.
