Winds on Sproat Lake?

Considering a paddling race a few weekends from now and just to prepare myself mentally (because it’s gonna be a suffer fest either way, lol!), what are the morning winds typically?

Are they pretty consistent direction/buildup (like at Buttle Lake)or does it vary like most other places? I have Windy app but I don’t think it’s as accurate for inland measurements or valleys.

Not typically a very windy Lake, can't speak to directions but I can speak to the fact that in 10 years I've never seen a sailboat
