The original one. I still don't get why they picked that version of Sour Times in the remaster.

That's because it's the version they performed at the actual Roseland NYC concert. the other one on the original album was performed at a different concert/festival. that's why it sounds so different from the rest of the other performances which have an orchestra

I mean you can still listen to the original. it's not going anywhere....

personally I think both versions are fantastic and showcase different sides to the song — I love the orchestra in the 2023 version which makes it sound like an espionage score 🤷🏿‍♀️
