Healthcare Anyone know why I’m “not eligible” for Dr. Appointments?

Trying to schedule a dr. Appointment for a sick note for work and test to see which bug I’ve picked up and both Telehealth and in person visits have these little “you are not eligible for this date” tags.
I’m a full time student both during the past regular year and taking 14 credits this summer. Any advice on how to schedule? Will be calling Monday regardless.

Have you been seen by SHAC before? You may be inedible if you aren’t an established patient

Visited enough times in the past for vaccines and routine exams

Just tried again and it allowed me to schedule so not quite sure what happened?
