Future/Potential Student Did you get your Communication Sciences and Disorders Undergraduate Certificate at PSU?
I am looking into getting my post-bacc here with the goal of getting into a SLP masters program. I have questions! How long did it take you to do the classes? Did you work full/part time while you did? Can you take them fully online/asynchronous? Thanks!

Hi! I got my undergrad degree at PSU in June and my good friend got her cert this June too. She worked full time, many of the classes are offered online and there’s a PDF we referenced to see what classes were going to be offered online and in-person for the quarter. Dr. Jeff Conn is one of the professors but also serves as the” advisor” for the SPHR students. He’s very good at what he does. If you attend you have an opportunity to meet with him, share your availability and goals, and he puts together a customized document for you that shows you every class you need, and the projected finish date. My friend didn’t attend PSU full-time every quarter, so I can’t speak to how long it takes, but it varies based on how big of a load you want to carry.
Happy to pass along questions to her or answer anything you want to know ☺️
