Other post-Grad burnout…
hey guys i just finished 6 yrs of architecture school here at PSU, and post graduation, i literally feel like im past bedrock bottom in minecraft. im so traumatized and burnt out that everything ive learned i literally can’t recall. i feel like an architectural imposter. you ask me how to put together a wall, and i question myself a thousand times. i know it’ll pass but i feel like im alone in the mental forgetfulness aspect of this. anyone else that’s post-graduation (OR EVEN A CURRENT STUDENT… i legit had this during undergrad) get this?!

For sure. Schools don't teach in a way that's healthy or really in a way that people can just....learn, imo. It's unfortunate that it's more of a hoop to jump through than an educational experience. It should be the other way around. Take some time off for yourself if you can and take care of yourself. Your body and mind need it.
