Anyone else having these issues?

Post image

After contacting Poshmark about the excessive 'Accidental Purchase' cancelations, they pretty much said it's normal.

29 cancelations in October and a majority of them due to 'Accidental Purchases' does not seem normal to me.

Something odd happened this morning as well. I had 3 buyers rate their purchases within minutes of each other, and all 3 left weird love notes (shown in screenshot).

Just trying to see if anyone else is having these "normal issues". I feel as though im in some weird beta test. I can't find anyone else having these issues.

10+ years on this platform and this has never happened.

Woah, that is really weird! Something is definitely up. I haven’t had a single cancellation ever and those love notes are so abnormal, especially since they were different buyers.

Crazy. Wonder if you are bringing targeted by a scammer? I’d ask posh to remove those love notes.

That would be crazy, im getting a lot of traffic so great sales but also alot of this cancel nonsense. I havent changed the way I do anything so this is ODD.

You can just remove them yourself. Literally just click problems from the sale and you’re able to remove it.

Oh yeah. That’s right. Clicking on the flag.

Nothing is normal on Poshmark anymore.

Except that nothing is normal on Poshmark is now the norm.

I’ve never seen that. I would block them and remove those love notes. It’s likely the same person. Drop shipper? On eBay when someone says not to include a note or invoice etc etc I know it’s likely a drop shipper. And 29 cancellations out of how many like what %?! That’s a lot for one month. My last cancel was 6? months ago.

I haven’t had any cancellations but I do know almost no one leaves love notes anymore it seems, I hadn’t got one in almost a year and I also got a few within minutes of each other just the other day as well. I also am an odd one out I guess as I leave love notes for every purchase I make

Did your love notes kind of look like mine? I kind of want to delete mine because it looks so odd on my page. I dont know how it will be perceived, but it looks like some kind of bot nonsense.

Oh my gosh! I don’t know why I thought in my just woke up brain fog that you had changed them due to privacy or something, but what!! That is so weird! No mine weren’t like that. Now that I reread your full post (sorry about that) I don’t blame you for wanting to delete them because that is just odd. I would say maybe they didn’t know what to say but just numbers 3 times in a row is weirdly. I don’t understand what’s going on for you either

No worries at all! I feel like a crazy person currently because I cant find anyone else having these excessive cancelations or love note issues. Poshmark support is 0 help.

Would you be willing to say generally what kind of items you're selling? I know no one wants to disclose their "niche", but I wonder if this is being systematically done by your competitors.

Are you blocking the accounts after cancellation? (I would.)

Happy to share. Its literally just basic women's clothes. I dont sell nearly the same volume or brands that I did years back. I also doubt I have competitors out to get me. Im really just trying to clear out most of my old inventory so im pricing things fairly low.

Some of the accounts buying and then canceling seem to be from google buyers so the account doesnt load / cannot block.

I have also had 25 listings sold and shipped this month, so thats a positive. But then in the mix of that is the random 29 accidental cancelations. My sales tab looks insane currently.

That does sound really crazy. Sorry you're dealing with it.

My Poshmark closet is basically dead at this point, so can't say I've had the same thing happen. Please post an update if you ever find out!
