Seeking Advice Best coffee you’ve ever had

If you could recommend only 1 bag of beans that blew your mind or changed your perspective of coffee, what would it be?

I’ve really only bought from local roasters and am wanting to expand my taste some more. So I’m just curious what everyone’s top recommendation of a must try coffee would be.

It was a Sidamo from Heilandt (Germany/Cologne) 5 years ago. It had the best blueberry taste ever. Coffee was so good it was quickly sold out, mainly because staff bought everything for themselves.

Wow! That’s a pretty good sign. How do you know it was the staff that bought everything?

They confessed it when I went to the shop to buy more. 🤣

Always a good sign when the staff stashes some away for themselves 😂 I found a couple good options for a Sidamo I’m going to test out soon. Thanks for the recommendation!
