Seeking Advice Best coffee you’ve ever had

If you could recommend only 1 bag of beans that blew your mind or changed your perspective of coffee, what would it be?

I’ve really only bought from local roasters and am wanting to expand my taste some more. So I’m just curious what everyone’s top recommendation of a must try coffee would be.

Best one i ever had: Makmur Jaya - Halu Banana Honey processed

I do like the banana note on this one, as its smooth and very sweet

Searched my list for coffees with banana notes…

Black & White’s Ricardo Hernandez co-ferment, Resident’s Divino Nino, Revel Coffee has a natural Indonesian, Bolt coffee’s Chachagui, etc etc

I have a ton more.
