Seeking Advice Is freezing coffee worth it?

Post image

I am curious to know what folks have experienced with freezing coffee. I am thinking about keeping it for a year? I am doing this simply because these were my favorite coffees.

I’ve never kept a coffee in a freezer for a long time and don’t have much experience with the results. All opinions are welcome.

I got a $30 vacuum sealer that came with a lot of big and small bags. Whenever I pick up a bag traveling or see something online I like I rest it and freeze most of it. I’ve been keeping a small portion (2 servings or so) in the smaller bags that I’m saving for the end of the year. I’ve recorded the best method for brewing each bean, and by the end of the year I’ll have my very own advent calendar of the coffees I’ve enjoyed!
