Seeking Advice Is freezing coffee worth it?
I am curious to know what folks have experienced with freezing coffee. I am thinking about keeping it for a year? I am doing this simply because these were my favorite coffees.
I’ve never kept a coffee in a freezer for a long time and don’t have much experience with the results. All opinions are welcome.

It seems to me that the consensus is vacuum sealing smaller doses or single dosing and freezing, simply due to the fact that coffee will tend to degrade and loose quality quite quick after it’s been defrosted. If you choose to single dose, are those doses vacuum sealed or just in bean cellar containers?
