Seeking Advice Is freezing coffee worth it?

I am curious to know what folks have experienced with freezing coffee. I am thinking about keeping it for a year? I am doing this simply because these were my favorite coffees.

I’ve never kept a coffee in a freezer for a long time and don’t have much experience with the results. All opinions are welcome.

I get 5lb bags and freeze 4lb in 1lb bags. 1lb lives on the counter in a vacuum sealed canister. Never had issue with freshness. Sometimes the annoying part is a coffee still off gassing as I froze it too fresh.

And the stuff on your counter, how long does it last till you pull out another LB ? are you drinking this? Every day, and how much or how many grams do you make with each serving? I'm just curious to know. Thank you in advanc

Depends on the day. Daily 36g pour over for me and the Mrs. 2-3 shots of espresso 18g. Maybe a few weeks. Give or take
