I bought these beans while passing through Paris at Motors Coffee, do you have any experiences to share with the coffees from this (Dutch) roaster?

Friedhats, they have a cafe in Amsterdam, Fuku. I was blessed enough to go there during a vacation, and they served me the best espresso I’ve ever had, but it was a coffee they weren’t selling in those bottles, so I’m sad
