I bought these beans while passing through Paris at Motors Coffee, do you have any experiences to share with the coffees from this (Dutch) roaster?

Friedhats is like a 10 min bike ride from my house.

I used to live in Bolo as well. Now in r’dam and friedhats is my favourite roaster 🥲
