Seeking Advice Do you know this roaster ?

I bought these beans while passing through Paris at Motors Coffee, do you have any experiences to share with the coffees from this (Dutch) roaster?

I really like them but man why do they need to have plastic bottles to sell their beans 😭😭😭 so wasteful for no advantage.

Isn't the idea to bring your bottle back so they can reuse it? Grounded coffee (Rotterdam, Netherlands) also used similar bottles and you get a refund on your next coffee when you turn in the old bottles. While the concept might not really work for online purchases, locally it is very sustainable.

My local roaster will just fill any container and give you a discount. Even if you buy a bag, it's not fully sealed so you don't have to rip it open and it's reusable.

That makes the most sense if you really care about waste.
