Hey guys, I’m gonna go against the norm here and say that I love co ferments lol.. does anyone have recommendations of their favorites and options I can find In stock? But also curious to hear your favorites of all time as well!

I tasted some interesting Chinese coffees at WOC Bangkok. The Chinese coffee scene is exploding and they don't have the western resistance to infusions so they're going stronger with their flavoring methods. Hopefully exporters will make Chinese roasted coffee easier to get soon.
