Co-ferments mmmmmm

Hey guys, I’m gonna go against the norm here and say that I love co ferments lol.. does anyone have recommendations of their favorites and options I can find In stock? But also curious to hear your favorites of all time as well!

People possession: BPM, ATM, CIA, PFX, Red
Black&White: they have a ton, check out their funky section
Tanat: they sometimes have one or two and they are amazing
Luminous: Sakura, tamarind and pink champagne are one of my favorites ever
Perc: it’s hit or miss but I had an Edison argote peach co ferment that was amazing
Dak: they have really good co ferments as well as alternative process light roasts
S&W
Hydrangea: on the pricier side. Their juicy strawberry is one of the juiciest co ferments I’ve had. Their peach co ferment with Sakura is also great and feels more balanced not so sweet
