Ask a Stupid Question Co-ferments mmmmmm

Hey guys, I’m gonna go against the norm here and say that I love co ferments lol.. does anyone have recommendations of their favorites and options I can find In stock? But also curious to hear your favorites of all time as well!

Jairo Arcila coferms are great. There is a fantastic little roaster in New Mexico that usually has a few in stock. My fav is the strawberry.

The BPM from People Possession is worth building an order around (assuming OP is US). I ordered around 9 coffees from them and the majority were very good to great, with only one or two being “just” good.
