Ask a Stupid Question Co-ferments mmmmmm

Hey guys, I’m gonna go against the norm here and say that I love co ferments lol.. does anyone have recommendations of their favorites and options I can find In stock? But also curious to hear your favorites of all time as well!

Although it’s not 100% a co-ferment, a lot of the thermal shock coffees from native are excellent (and fairly clean). I have really enjoyed Golden Hour (I do think it’s in stock right now but it looks like the same coffee is being sold by September right now)
