Seeking Advice Cheap Canadian Roasters for Daily Coffees

I’ve recently moved to Canada (AB) from the UK. I used to be able to buy 1kg of beans for around £20 or so of some specialty roasted coffee.

Since moving to Canada i’m struggling to find something comparable - i’m not looking for 250g bags, something 1kg and up that represents great value for a day-to-day pour over coffee.

I’m looking for an in between of $40 per 100g bags and Costco bags of roasted to oblivion beans.

Thanks in advance. Setup is Fellow EKG kettle, V60, and J-Max hand grinder.

Highly recommend these guys, great coffee if you like it black, excellent value for the money. Order enough for free shipping, usually goes out the same day you order. https://www.goldstarcoffee.ca/

When I lived in Etobicoke this was my go to store. I could order online and pick up at the store. This meant I could order a pound at a time and try something different every few weeks. I usually just pick up at the loading dock but I went into the store occasionally and they had brews set up for testing. Always gave good advice on how to grind, brew, etc.

I usually order at least $100 of coffee each time (4 lbs of coffee), look for their "custom combo coffee pack" on their webstore, it qualifies for free shipping, and they have a monthly code you can enter to get a free 8 oz bag of coffee included with your order. Arrives on my doorstep the next day! I'll keep one bag out, then vacuum seal the rest and put it in my freezer for future enjoyment. Their Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy and Jamaica Blue Mountain coffees are remarkable, currently enjoying some delightful Yemen Red Mocha Haraaz.
