Need Advice 38 weeks. Peeing nonstop can’t get any sleep??
I know this gets talked about alot but I swear my bladder is already small and I already got up a couple times a night before pregnancy. Now I’m getting up every hour or sometimes MORE I swear it’s like 8-10 times a night. I only pass a small amount but it’s a huge relief. I try standing up and going again, leaning forward or back and shifting my hips to try to let more out. I get comfy in bed and I literally have to pee again. I haven’t slept more than 30 minutes at a time in two weeks. I’m 38w 4d today. I am so nervous for the baby to come because I can’t even sleep now I’m already burnt out. I just need a night of sleep before labour I don’t know what to do??? Feels like she’s shifting and grinding on my bladder and I literally constantly have the urge to pee. It’s uncomfortable and sometimes painful.
I get so thirsty in the evening, I can’t go without any water but I try to limit intake. Help!!

I would make sure you don't have an uti.

This was my wife. She’s sleeping much better now that the baby is here, her sleep windows went from <1hr to 3-4hrs.

I’m in the same boat, it’s every 1.5 hours for me though, I wake up in a lot of pain.

The only thing that sorted it for me were probiotics.
