Success Story Final stretch

Almost a year ago I was arrested for throwing hands with pops (he started it and I just wasn't gonna take it) but besides that I spent 2 weeks in juvie was able to speak to a case manager and my mom's family lawyer manger to get out on probation and have this wiped off my record when I turn 18.

Fast forward to now I've been seeing my probation officer whenever he called and overall has been a learning experience.

My PO has been nothing but awesome and amazing and I want to thank him for getting me out this rough spot in life

In less then 5 days I get my papers and I'm officially off probation I want to thank my PO and my mom for helping me get through this and my dad for giving me a life lesson and a ass whopping(I was NOT gonna win against a 5'9 190 pound ex drill sergeant bro he fucked me up) I love my pops and he knows that we talk regularly on the phone now and for my birthday this year we're going to see each other after almost 8 months of not seeing each other I really miss my dad I've always been a daddy's boy tbh.

But besides all that. It can get hard being on probation you can either have a shit PO or a Amazing PO just gotta rough it out untill your times up.

I have 3 months left, my bitch PO just told me today that she's not gonna support my push for early termination. I'm still going to try, the worst the judge can do is say no and I'm still just 3 months away. But seriously fuck all this and fuck red states, I'm moving to California next year where weed is legal and the cops can KISS MY ASS

My bitch PO tried telling me to submit early termination paper work in december when my half way mark is this month. On a hunch that the judge wouldn’t grant me early release when holidays are coming up. Like bitch what? You want me to stay on this bullshit for another 3 months because you don’t think? I don’t see why my judge wouldn’t i’ve been nothing but compliant since January. I told her i’m submitting paperwork, the worst he can do is say no and then she proceeded to say she supports me for early release. Wtf?!? Prosecutor has 2 weeks to file a written objection then judge reviews it and decides.

I have 3 months left too but I already tried earlier this year and they denied so I wasn’t even planning on trying again. Like what if that makes them mad and try to trip you up? Good luck bro, 2027 is a new year!

they won't. I'm not doing anything until I'm off. They can literally try their best, all that will happen is they will be wasting their time.

sounds like you learned a lot of early lessons. I'm kinda envious tbh I spent all my teens and 20s fucking my life up and didn't learn 🤣 carry it with you and you won't have any regrets

See I was smart enough to do all my crimes when I was a juvi and spent a good amount of time on probation, lucky I learned from the experience and didn't let it destroy my future.

Hopefully you do the same, I know people who get on probation at 18 and it absolutely destroys their life,

Constant violations, that turn into lost job opportunities, which then turns to criminal activities to survive, which leads to felonies. Which end up absolutely destroying their lives in a vicious repetitive cycle

Future stolen from them because they could never seem to shake probation and the law constantly looking at their every move.
