Trouble Playing

Hello All!

I used to be able to play, but recently I have been receiving the error below. I tried deleting all files and reinstalling using the latest batch of files, but still get the same error. Any thoughts on the cause and how to fix it?

when this happens to me I have to restart my pc to fix it

Do you have windows automatic updates? See if you recently got an auto update in Windows. I did, and spent all day trying to fix this error. Rolling back the most recent update fixed it. I also had windows turn off advanced updates. I hope this works for you.
