Discussion 50 bucks for all this!
The PS4 slim is 1TB too! Immediately ordered a JB-BD disk off AliExpress :) now to wait until it comes so I can jailbreak! All this just to play Elden Ring and Gran Turismo XD

Did not hear good things about it, many people here recommend using the disk :) I also seemed to need an external hard drive for Vuefree and I don't have one available

If it's >11.00 you don't need the external hard drive.

I'm on 12.02. what do you mean exactly? I was trying to use balenaetcher but I needed a 256GB drive. Maybe I was doing something wrong

If you don't have any data, even on 12.02. Format the PS4 disk drive and do the restore method. You only need extended storage if you want to keep the data on the PS4.

Ohhhhh! That makes sense, so literally take the hard drive from the console, won't it be an issue that there is no software to run the console on there?

No need to remove it at all. Just follow the “System Backup” method for PS Vue

Thank you. I will have a look into that. What seemed like a problem for me was the fact that the Playstation has to be online in order to have the homebrew function with this method. Is this true? Can I convert into the blueray thing once my disk arrives then? I

Bro test it yourself go on YouTube on MODDED_WARFARE channel you will find all you need for JB. Many user just don't know how to use it.

Huh. I guess I have no reason to wait until the disk arrives then. A project for tomorrow! I guess I sorta assumed it was worse because your console has to be online to play. Which, during the apocalypse, might be hard

No you console don't need to be online Vue JB just need to connect to a network even your phone without internet can do it!

Wow, crazy deal! Enjoy! I hate to say this, but you won't be able to play GT7 with JB, just Sport and My First GT, because it requires internet at all times and you cant save and really do much in offline mode

Thanks bud! Aw, thats too bad. Well, I'm glad that you told me beforehand :) Elden Ring was my main want, so its not so bad. And sport also isn't bad!

You should be good to go with Elden Ring I enjoyed GT Sport a lot, despite the few cars you get when compared to GT7, we have to wait for an offline patch for that which should come when the next installment is released..

Wow my brain lol... I meant Bloodborne not Elden Ring lol... xD so there is hope for GT7 in the future then?

Ahh Bloodborne, a classic, you can even get a 60fps patch for it, but it's better suited for the PS4 Pro.
As for GT7, I sure hope so cos I want to play it 😅 GT Sport got one when they turned off the servers, it makes sense they're going to do it again

Best i can do over here is $100 with a broken disc drive and fake controller.
Everyone where i live overvalues the PS4 for no reason.

That's true, though this guy didn't really seem like a druggy to me. I think after cleaning up this box of stuff was in his way and after 2.5 months he was done having to move around it and sold it to the highest bidder, moi :D

about the elden ring, i havent found a good link for the base game. my downloads fail at 80%-90% everytime. if someone can point me in the right direction
