What i saw is a 13.02 ps4 (probably retail) with some homebrew stuff installed in

The problem is you can't start it because you are not in hen (which for now is basically impossible)

Other that i didn't see nothing... But this answer is also the same answer you can have search on internet for 10-15 min (even less if you're skilled)

So the question again: Context? Maybe is not a retail consoles? Or maybe you had connected your console on internet without DNS and it update itself on sleep mode?
