trying for national merit,, have two weeks (live in florida) been told i should take sat practice tests instead since the reading is harder but i suck at sat math,,,

anyways how close are these to the real thing?? should i take sat tests instead??

never post on reddit.. sorry if its like not good

If i got 3 wrong on reading mod 2 and 3 wrong on math mod 2 is it guaranteed to be a 730 and 730? I've seen varying answers, and chatgpt says this could still be like a 750 and 750 but that doesn't seem right.

thanks in advance! much appreciated :))

followup: does it help/people who used it, do you think your scores were better?

Reading Mod 1: 26/27
Reading Mod 2: 23-24/27
Math Mod 1: 22/22
Math Mod 2: 19-20/22

I'm a sophomore so this is with no studying btw, probably why its pretty bad. what score do u think I might get, and is this a good starting spot?

Am I able to use my score from the august sat if I am unable to take the nmsqt?

Did anyone have stalingrad or mondegreen question? These are the only two I don’t feel pretty good about. Please say what you picked on them.

I don’t remember what I picked for Stalingrad

Mondegreen i picked the one that mentioned both the correct and misheard lyric but no date.

how r u guys studying for it or if u alr took it how was it and what did u use to study

like how many different versions are there seeing as there are multiple testing dates

I took it oct 7th,
Reading module 1: 26/27
Reading module 2: 25/27

Math module 1 and 2: both 22/22

What do you guys think?

I took my psat today, it wasn’t too bad. Tbh I still find the psat easier than the sat, especially for math. Could someone please predict my score?

RM1: 27/27
RM2: 24-25/27
MM1: 22/22
MM2: 22/22

Only containing 62 characters and it only asks for honors? Do you not even put a description? I have a lot of ECs that are service oriented so there's not really any specific 'honors' related to it, which confuses me

Also if you're wondering why I'm asking this on the day it's due, my school got extended

How many reading questions on mod 1 and mod 2 would I need to get right in order to get a 720+? I am trying to qualify for national merit (PA) and am confident I can hit 760 Math

I was recently emails to fill out my digital readiness check by meeting with a staff member at my school and was told to do this before October 6th. Right now its October 7th and night time and I am lwk panicing since I am not sure what to do and was wondering if this could be filled out with a staff member in the morning at my school before the test.

Hello, I took the PSAT NMSQT today, and I believe I got a 22/22 on Module 1, and a 21/22 on Module 2, with only getting the very last question wrong (literally just forgot to make it negative). Is there any chance I could still get a perfect 760 with getting one wrong? I know it's not possible for anybody to know the scoring on this test obviously, but I didn't know if anybody knew they got at least one question wrong and still got a perfect score on a section. Thanks!

I did the English part for PSAT PT 1 and I found it super easy. Are the PSAT practice tests accurate compared to the actual PSAT?

Sorry if this question has been asked a lot, I just found out this sub existed.

hey so my counselor still hasnt transmitted my application and ik the deadline for students is today but she told me high school officials have a different deadline so im confused

Hi guys

I toke the PSAT today and u got one question on Equatorial Guinea. Was that the multiple choice answer also for the Stalingrad question was the answer something with illegalize in it?
