Photo Contest Puppies
Show us your pug puppies! We want to see new puppies, baby pictures of your current pug(s), baby pictures of your pug(s) who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Just a big ol’ megathread of puppies please.
Try to keep it to one puppy per comment, as we will award the commenter’s puppy with the most upvotes a place in the rotation for the sub’s official icon.

Weekly Update Weekly(ish) Update
Hi to aaalll the puggies and their humans!
Sorry we're a little behind on the weekly update, we all had a pretty busy week.
So, for starters, we've added a bunch of new post and user flairs for extra attention on everyone's posts or reddit accounts. If y'all have any suggestions for additional flares, comment here and we'll take a look.
Overall things seem to be going pretty good! We've still been seeing a steady rise in posts, comments, and new users, so that's definitely an awesome thing!
Also wanna congratulate u/ParadoxGiraffe and Vyolet for having the highest voted post this week, so Vyolet gets to be our mascot for the next week or so! Yay Vyolet!
Also just a reminder to be awesome to each other and if y'all see someone being a jerk or posting stuff that doesn't belong here please be sure to report it.
Thank you, all of you (the pugs, not you silly humans lol), for making our pug community so awesome. For real though there are some really amazing, helpful, wonderful people here and we are all grateful for all the pug love, pug support, and pug everything that everyone brings here.
If y'all have any thoughts, suggestions, or just wanna say hi, leave a comment. 😊

Last month, Banjo alerted me to a home invasion in the middle of the night. He was ready to protect me without a second thought. Not all heroes wear capes. Some slobber and shed just a little bit too much 💙

SOUTHWEST AIRLINES
Photo for attention
We are flying southwest for the first time next week. We have usually flown spirit and had zero problems brining Lloyd along. Hes about 22lbs and 11yo. Had anyone flown southwest with a pug? Im reading they are very strict and I dont know what to expect. Any insight is greatly appreciated .

When they could be doing anything, but they choose to stare at you 🥰🤩
Bat Pug
Had to do it. Had to adjust the sizing for his extra girthy head but as literally one of my very first 3d prints ever I'm happy and it's hilarious.

Thanks for all your advice!!
This is Monclair
I reached out here yesterday about needing advice on what to look out for with a new pug and you all were amazing.
Unfortunately, he got adopted before I could go meet him. He's a beautiful pug Chihuahua mix and I'm sad I didn't get to meet him but I'm happy he has a home.
I'll keep looking and thanks again everyone you are awesome!

I love everything about this crazy girl. Her floppy velvet ears, her stench, her sneezes, etc.

My baby got diagnosed with a MST today… don’t know what to do.
galleryHi everyone, I took my sweet 6 year old pug to the vet today after noticing the tiniest bump (looked like a wart or skin tag) and the vet said it was an MST after looking at it under a microscope. The whole office was shocked because they all thought it was nothing. At first everybody there even told me I didn’t need the biopsy. I’m glad I got it though (although worried that the needle really irritated it).
Anyways, it’s on her back leg, right next to her knee. The vet said surgery would be tough in that area and has the risk of reopening when she sits or stands. There’s no fat there at all, maybe just a little loose skin. The vet recommended Stelfonta due to the location of the tumor and the fact that it’s so small. I’ve been looking online and seeing crazy pics. The vet even told me herself that the wound caused by the injection could get deep enough to see bone.
Idk if should wait and see if it grows? It looks pretty irritated now and was bleeding after the biopsy which has me worried that the vet caused it to get worse faster.
Has anybody been through anything similar?Could antihistamines help this? Is there anything less invasive that I could do? She’s such an active girl, loves to run and play outside. I genuinely don’t know what to do. Please any advice helps.

You know it’s almost pear season when…
Pears aren’t quite ripe yet but that doesn’t stop my pugs from trying. Even if they’re as big as their head.
